There are many stressors in life, especially in the state of Minnesota currently. Everyone can benefit from support. I provide therapy to a variety of individuals, couples, families, and groups managing the impacts of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, relationship stress, and life adjustments/transitions. I develop personalized intervention plans focused on each individual person or relationship and their unique strengths and needs. Additional areas of special interests include working with women who are seeking relief from anxiety and life transitions and conducting ADHD screening assessments for adults.
