About

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I work with families, couples and individuals, both adults and adolescents, using a systemic focus. I work from a strength based model with cognitive behavioral interventions for issues of depression, anxiety and behavioral difficulties. I am also an EMDR trained therapist in working with issues of trauma. I use a variety of influences in working with couples including Emotionally Focused Therapy and am a pro-marriage therapist. I believe in order to realize positive growth and change, a person must find balance in themselves and their relationships.
