I know that reaching out for help is a big decision and can feel scary. I'm here to support you in the process. I'm a clinical Social Worker trained to help women of all ages with concerns like anxiety, depression, women's issues, maternal loss, and parental stress. I like to partner with my patients to help them equip them to better cope with life's challenges and to be able to thrive. We all deserve to have a kind, supportive environment to process our thoughts and feelings. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to teach you the skills to feel your best.
