My approach is collaborative: I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support your growth as we navigate life's challenges. I work with adults dealing with various concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, women's issues, and difficult life transitions. In our sessions, we will utilize practical, evidence-based tools from modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you gain insight, build resilience, and work toward the life you envision.
