I believe in helping my clients to live an empowered life. I have been a therapist for over 19 years in Colorado and 6 years in North Dakota. My clients learn how to use coping skills, process their pain, how to be assertive, and how to have boundaries to improve their quality of life. I provide therapy for individuals who need assistance with the following issues: trauma, PTSD, sexual addiction, codependency, EMDR II, family of origin, inner child, fear of intimacy, individual, Neuro-emotional technique, and abuse.
