Life does not have to look the same for everyone and I recognize that there are many different ways in which we can live a healthy, fulfilling life. It can feel isolating at times when we are trying to navigate the various changes and obstacles that come our way. I enjoy working in collaboration with my clients to identify their personal strengths and utilize them to bring about positive changes in their lives. I specialize in working with clients around issues related to anxiety, depression, and trauma in regard to the impact they have on their relationships and daily functioning.
