I create a welcoming safe space to feel comfortable exploring your unique needs. I foster the philosophy that YOU are the expert of your own life and believe my role is to provide an environment where you have the ability to express yourself without judgment! I see adults coping with a variety of issues including life adjustments, anxiety, depression, and am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I utilize person centered theory and incorporate solution-focused and motivational interviewing modalities with an emphasis on mindfulness. I feel we all have the ability to find improved wellness and will walk with you on that journey through identifying and focusing on your strengths, creating healthy interpersonal boundaries, improving communication skills, and coping strategies.
