Everyone has the capacity to grow and to heal. It's easy to get stuck in patterns that no longer serve us, limit our perspective and perpetuate suffering. I'd like to help you explore what you need to gain resilience, to discover joy. I'm a good active listener with a big heart. My art background and compassion practice inform all I do. In therapy, we'll look at the larger picture together: notice the patterns and the narratives you've created about them, the self-judgments, the emotions that can (but don't need to) run the show, the places you feel stuck. My practice is client-centered. I honor you and your self-expertise.
