How did we get here? Where do I go next? What does it all mean? What if it doesn't mean anything at all? Asking the questions is the only way to find the answers. I work with clients to find meaning and purpose in a world that doesn't often make sense. We all spend so much time trying to avoid the unpleasantness of life. We push through. We move on. We face the future. But, somehow, the pain, the sadness, the fear, and the grief just add up. We catch the crumbs in our pockets and out of the corners of our eyes. We don't even notice the weight of it until we stop and really take a look at ourselves. It's time to lighten the load.
