I am a curious and compassionate therapist who values the spirit of play, patience, and persistence in life and my work with others. I have experience working with adults and adolescents in outpatient settings treating mood disorders, eating disorders, substance use disorders, and other process addictions. I love working with LGBTQIA+ young adults, adolescents, and adults in the early stages of figuring out who they are and what is important to them. Growing up is a lifelong process - it's never too late to be who you want to be. I'd love to help you walk the path of learning how to get there with you.
