Hi! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Licensed Professional Counselor (English/Russian speaking) providing telehealth to clients in New York, New Jersey, & Florida. I work with adolescents & adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, and life transitions. Many clients seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. My approach is structured and supportive, focusing on insight, emotional regulation, and practical coping skills to help reduce symptoms and improve overall well-being. I offer a collaborative, easy-going space and welcome you to reach out! I help clients develop strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and low mood, and build confidence and self-esteem. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can talk about whatever feels most important to you, using a warm, down-to-earth, and even occasionally humorous approach. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, supported, and not alone.
