Many of the clients I work with are navigating the impact of trauma, attachment injuries, family-of-origin dynamics, or cultural and identity-related stressors. They are seeking understanding, relief, and meaningful change. Often, their goals are to improve relationships, strengthen their sense of self, and live with greater clarity, connection, and intention.
