As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide a compassionate and supportive environment where clients can explore their personal challenges and develop practical strategies for growth. I provide multiple modalities to my clients to help them overcome their challenges and make lasting changes. I have experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, motivation, self-esteem, trauma, and survivors of narcissistic abuse. I work with personality disorders such as bipolar and borderline and I also hold specialized training in helping survivors of narcissistic and psychopathic love relationships.
