I help clients and their families navigate the challenges of life. My passion is helping others find balance in the midst of chaos and improve their relationships. My sessions typically focus on helping clients cope with issues relating to low self esteem, ADHD/behavioral issues, family dynamic concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, & relationship conflicts. I love working with my clients to develop tools to cope with life's ups and downs and learn to communicate more effectively. I currently work with individuals, couples, kids/teens and families.
