Trauma, whether big or small, leaves complex feelings of fear, confusion, worry, and grief both emotionally & physically, but my training and experience tells me that we are all remarkably resilient and have an inherent capacity to bounce back. I have a deep passion for helping people who have gone through traumatic events or big life-transitions who want to feel normal again.
