I understand it is not easy to begin therapy, but when you decide to address your issues, I am here to help you. I work with ages 19 and up in all aspects of mental health. We are all human and with that can come coping with life's issues. I have been in the field for many years, but I feel it is important to be educated in the new areas of psychology and social work. This includes medication, holistic approaches, hypnosis, trauma treatments and the newest field of psychedelic's. This allows the client and myself to form a treatment plan that suits your needs.
