Throughout my 25 years in practice I have helped clients overcome stress, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship difficulties. I provide a non-judgemental environment for clients to feel safe to discuss a range of thoughts and feelings as well as to explore possible options or solutions in their lives. In my work with individuals I focus on clients' existing strengths as the foundation for improved coping, communication and relationships of all types.
