Maybe there are things you can’t quite say to your partner, your friends, or even yourself- but you want to say them to someone. I'm Lori (she/her) and I love to listen, to observe, and to offer kindness and new perspectives. I’ve enjoyed working with a wide range of folks over the years, and have been told many times that I have a “calming energy.” I offer private, one-on-one therapy for thoughtful adults who want a calm, grounded place to sort through life’s complexities.
