So many people have experienced the loss and anxiety that comes in uncertain times but it is never too late to start the work of processing these emotions. Being heard and validated in your emotions is the foundation of a positive therapeutic relationship and something I hope to give to every client I am able to work with. It is my goal to provide an individualized approach to therapy that is grounded in proven techniques but is also flexible and able to adapt to specific needs of my client.
