I specialize in supporting children, teens, and their families through life's challenges both big and small. My practice focuses on helping young people manage anxiety, depression, behavioral issues and social struggles, while providing expert support to caregivers around developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. I understand the unique pressures children and adolescents face-academic demands, peer relationships, emotional regulation and navigating diagnoses or IEP/504 plans. I also bring extensive experience in crisis intervention, trauma and sudden life changes.
