The last few years have been very challenging for me personally, I have suffered from anxiety and depression much like many of you. It has surprised me that it has taken so long to get back to feeling like myself again! Does this sound familiar to you? I know how you are feeling, and we can help each other get through this challenge. I am very empathetic, and can offer my training and experience treating clients with depression, anxiety, life transition, I have also worked with clients who are recovering from addiction. I have worked with children and teens who have struggled with anxiety, bullying, social challenges, and divorce.
