Working from an attachment model, I work with clients to understand and explore ways to establish meaningful connections, with themselves or with their partners. By gaining understanding of your emotions we will explore the ins and outs of how they impact day to day actions, interactions with others, and develop a greater sense of security in ourselves. I provide an empathetic, warm, and safe space to work through struggles including anxiety, depression, relationship distress, trauma, and a variety of other mental health challenges.
