Recovery is possible! We are all capable of changing, healing, and growing. I support adults, couples, and families who are experiencing relational conflict, depression, grief, anxiety, life stress, life transitional periods (e. g. divorce, job loss, midlife transformations), serious mental illness, and other struggles as well. I am especially passionate about supporting adults recovering from substance use disorders (addiction) and their families.
