An ideal therapy client may be someone who has some emotional struggles like anxiety, sadness or frustration; they may be going through life transitions like divorce, career change, parenting challenges, identity shifts, relationship struggles, communication breakdowns, trust issues, or low self-esteem. They may be dealing with burnout or issues related to unresolved past trauma; they will need a safe, nonjudgmental space filled with empathy and validation, a space where they can receive clarity and self-awareness. The goal that I would have for my client would be to help them to be balanced and feel grounded.
