Welcome! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) located in California. I have been practicing for 8 years. I focus on helping the person get the life they want to have. I have worked with a wide range of people as young as two years old to over 65. I want my clients to learn to advocate for themselves. I have a very active approach to treatment. The therapeutic approaches I take are a combination of ERP (Exposure with Response/Ritual Prevention), Solution focused, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
