Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who completed graduate work at Syracuse University and have been practicing for over 30 years, the last 8 being in Florida. I enjoy teaching (and practicing) coping skills for stress, anxiety and depression. Everyone's journey is different and I see myself as respectfully accompanying them on their own journey, reflecting on experiences along the way. At the first meeting, one can expect a short time getting acquainted followed by a discussion about how I can be of help. Then we will discuss an individualized plan to more forward.
