My goal is to provide you with a safe and brave space to process your feelings or explore emotions that may seem overwhelming. Our work together will help you express your thoughts and emotions, uncover life challenges, trauma, and set goals for becoming the best version of yourself. I always use evidence-based, strength-focused approaches to foster self-awareness and encourage positive change. You will be treated with kindness, unconditional positive regard, and I'll even infuse a dash of humor during sessions. You will do some hard work, but you won't be doing it alone.
