With over a decade of experience in Outpatient Psychiatric clinics, I have witnessed the human capacity to change and adapt to the challenges life delivers. In therapy, my role is to help clients determine their own path through a crisis, develop skills to manage difficult emotions, and support their overall well being. I strive to help clients see more clearly what their needs are and identify coping strategies to meet them. I tailor my approach to match what my clients need, and have extensive training in present-focused, evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT and ACT).
