I have always been interested in learning people’s stories and understanding the experiences which have shaped their lives. I became a therapist to provide a safe space for clients to share those stories and experiences, and to support and empower them in overcoming obstacles in their lives. I believe it is important to approach therapy from a strengths-based and non-judgmental perspective in order to help clients feel heard and understood in sessions. I also strive to be mindful and respectful of each client’s unique and individual experience in order to build connection and understanding.
