I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with adults, seniors and family units in the outpatient and community setting. Specialties include treating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and brain injury. My approach is comprehensive, individualized, and always optimistic. Treatment is trauma-informed with a strengths-based perspective. I look at how early childhood experiences and family systems shape who the client is today and effectively facilitate understanding and skill development in a manner that allows each client to develop confidence and esteem.
