Hablamos Espanol My goal is for clients to feel hope despite their challenges, develop strength in their coping skills and improve their self-worth. I strive to provide a safe and comfortable space where clients feel they can unpack stressors relating to their personal lives, their relationships and their identity. Through my years of experience using positive therapeutic modalities, with understanding effects of cultural norms, my aim is to help clients find liberation from challenges and past trauma, and ultimately reclaim their lives.
