Hi, I’m Lorraine - an Associate Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping anxious children and teens feel more calm, confident, and emotionally safe. I work with kids who are struggling with school anxiety, panic, perfectionism, and big emotions that often feel overwhelming - and I provide parents with the tools and support they need to feel more empowered in the process. I believe therapy works best when the whole family feels seen and supported. That’s why I combine child and teen-focused therapy with education and guidance for parents, so everyone feels more connected, informed, and confident navigating anxiety together.
