Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20 years as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, providing support and guidance to individuals navigating addiction and recovery. Many people today struggle with their relationships—both with others and themselves—as well as challenges related to loss, grief, anxiety, and depression. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples overcome these obstacles, achieve their personal goals, and build fulfilling lives.
