I Focus- individual therapy with adults, adolescence, and family related to eating disorders, body image, mood and anxiety, exposure work, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have worked in the field of eating disorders for over 25 years in all levels of care . I want to help clients find a way to align their values with the life that they want to lead. use CBT, and DBT skills to introduce new ways of coping . I also use EMDR for trauma work. .I like to create a trusting therapeutic relationship where we can together make change in an effective way.
