I believe healing begins with a safe, authentic space where you feel seen, supported, and understood. My approach is humanistic, person-centered, and integrative, creating a warm, relational environment where clients can explore emotions and build coping skills at their own pace. After years working in school-based mental health, I opened Lotus Ascent to provide deeper, more individualized care. For children, I use play therapy as their natural language—supporting emotional expression, regulation, and growth through warmth, curiosity, and connection For adults, I offer a collaborative space to gain insight, reduce stress, and move toward meaningful personal change. Lotus Ascent is now open and offers private-pay telehealth therapy to adults in Texas. My practice is rooted in compassion, creativity, and genuine human connection.
