I have 48 years of life experience and 12 years of clinical experience helping individuals, couples, and families achieve their goals. I will provide a safe place for you to work through your pain, learn the tools that will empower you, and help you overcome your challenges. Ultimately, allowing you to create the life you want. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. In-person and telehealth sessions are available 5 days a week.
