My name is Lou Bardach, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults who grew up in families where alcoholism, dysfunction, or trauma shaped how they see themselves and connect with others. You may feel weighed down by shame, loneliness, anxiety, or self-doubt, often stuck in patterns you desperately want to change but can’t seem to escape. Deep down, you may long for safety, belonging, and the freedom to live as your truest self. My role is to walk beside you with compassion and courage as you rediscover your worth, heal the wounds of your past, and move toward an authentic, connected, and more fulfilling life.
