My name is Lou Bardach (he/they), and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Internal Family Systems (IFS)–trained therapist. I specialize in working with adults—including LGBTQ+ individuals and adult children of alcoholics or dysfunctional families—who struggle with the lingering effects of childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and self-criticism. Many of my clients feel stuck between wanting closeness yet fearing it, or trapped in old survival patterns. I integrate parts work, inner child healing, and mindfulness practices to help you develop clarity, resilience, and greater self-compassion.
