Hello. I am an experienced clinical social worker accepting telehealth clients. For over thirty years I have worked with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma effects, grief or a sense of feeling lost, Much of my work has come to focus on healing trauma wounds. I have been effective at this much of the time, especially in helping people treat themselves more kindly and finding ways to value and meet their needs. It’s hard, serious work with specks of joy. For me the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. A client and I explore problems, history, experiences, and see what emerges.
