I primarily work with folks living at the margins of society and systems, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC folx, and women. Those of us who experience systemic oppression and/or complex PTSD are at high risk for many mental health struggles, including a persistent sense of not belonging in the world, anxiety, depression, and self-medicating with substances. I support individuals and couples in finding greater freedom and joy through the cultivation of compassion, awareness, and personal power. I work best with those who are ready and eager to engage deeply in their healing.
