I offer Telehealth Appointments for women across Texas & Florida and am available In-Person at our Dune Lakes Office in Santa Rosa Beach. I am a wife, mom of three, executive director of a nonprofit, runner, beach lover, and amateur paddle boarder. I treat anxiety, depression and a variety of other issues that steal your joy. I learned early on that I love working with women. I also work with teenagers as a TBRI practitioner. I believe that wherever you are in life, there's hope. My faith in Jesus shapes my counseling practice. I have lived long enough to see God turn terrible tragedies into something meaningful and even beautiful.
