Weekend Availability. I work with adults through differing stages of life helping to navigate general mental health concerns, stressors, and life transitions. I use approaches such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), existentialism, and person centered principles. I believe therapy is a place where you not only feel safe to be authentic, but welcomed with compassion and without judgment. Therapy for everyone looks different depending on you and your expectations, preferences, cultural background, feelings, and unique experiences. In our work together therapy is a partnership. My role is to walk alongside you as we explore what feels meaningful to you, helping to define, guide, and reach goals that are at a pace that allows you to gently process and reflect in a compassionate space.
