I have over 10 years of professional experience in counseling individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, mood disorders such as Bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and other conditions. I help people with a variety of concerns including relationships, family, and identity. I am a good fit for those struggling with questions of meaning; anyone overburdened with guilt and shame; those who feel they are outsiders; as well as creative/intellectual types.
