I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) currently practicing within the District of Columbia. Children, teens, and young adults are the foundation for our future society. This population and their families are the bulk of the services that I provide. My therapeutic sessions focus on relieving stress by simply solving problems. My approach is to be honest, direct, while creating an environment for openness and collaborating with clients on their goals. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is the theoretical approach of preference. I believe that everyone can change, and that your journey should not be compared to anyone else.
