Modern life is stressful. We often feel like we don't have enough time, enough money, enough energy, or enough confidence in ourselves. We spend too much time feeling anxious or depleted. There is an alternative to the constant, unrelenting treadmill and chaos. There is another way of being present in your life and available to those you love. I practice Mindfulness-Based Psychology and Mindful Self-Compassion. By learning these skills, you can begin to slow down, befriend yourself, and make choices that reflect and further your values and dreams, rather than those imposed on you.
