I feel that clients who come to me have the healing they are looking for within themselves. My role is to help them unblock whatever it is that prevents them from accessing their inner healing capacity. I use many modalities to help them do this. I have extensive training in trauma treatment, both single incident and complex trauma. I also specialize in anxiety disorders and depressive disorders. I think that I am also effective in helping people handle grief and loss and life transitions. I feel that I meet people where they are without judgment and listen rather than rushing in to "fix" them.
