I have been a practicing Social Worker for the last 40 years. I have worked in both private practice and Community Mental Health. I have worked with CISM debriefing for first responders, Crisis Intervention, and Certified in hypnotherapy. I have worked with anxiety disorders, mood disorders and relationship issues. Training with Tara Brach and Joseph Goldstein on mindfulness, and level 1 training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
