Many of my clients are navigating important life transitions—whether that’s a career shift, relationship change, or personal growth journey. They may feel weighed down by anxiety, grief, or self-doubt, or find themselves struggling to balance their professional identity with their personal needs. Others come to me after facing challenges with loss, addiction, or feelings of low self-worth. I also have a unique specialty in working with airline personnel, as I deeply understand the unique lifestyle, pressures, and transitions that come with that career. My ideal client is someone who wants to feel grounded, gain clarity. I offer client-centered therapy that creates a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and experiences. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and unconditional positive regard. With over 21 years of experience, I also draw from my background in executive coaching, trauma-informed care.
