Starting therapy can be daunting, especially if you've never done it or if you're meeting with a new therapist after being comfortable with a previous therapist. I meet with my clients for a consultation to explain what therapy will entail and to ensure we're a good fit. I currently have openings for telehealth clients. I work with young adults and adults struggling with interpersonal relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and anxiety. I work with individuals impacted by close family or friends with substance misuse disorders, and couples looking to feel more connected in their relationship and/or navigate challenges.
