I am a licensed clinician trained in EMDR and I like to work with individuals who seek to explore and understand the deeper aspects of the self. My goal is to work with you to explore the subconscious, patterns of behavior, belief systems, and the underlying reasons for current behaviors and emotions, and work with you on changing problematic symptoms and behaviors. I also work extensively with individuals with histories of trauma. My vision as a mental health professional is to be able to incorporate a holistic approach in my practice. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual, and therefore strive to combine my knowledge of traditional as well as holistic counseling in a non-judgmental environment.
